GANGAPADA MEMORIAL INSTITUTE OF D.ED. COMPUTER LAB

GMIDED computer lab is very special because it incorporates a great many of essential and useful features in itself. The lab houses more than 20 computers and the computers in the lab have the recent versions of the software. It has a hard writing surface on each computer table, so that the students have no problem while taking notes. GMIDED computer lab also has a high speed internet with which helps us greatly in doing any research work. It also has a whiteboard and flip chart sheets as well as markers for making it simpler to teach for the teachers. Additionally, the GMIDED computer lab has convenient air circulation system. A good air circulation system is quite important in a computer lab for mainly two reasons, firstly so as to protect the components from overheating and secondly for the comfort of the users. It also helps in teaching the students about the versatile nature of the computers. It is actually the same multi faceted nature of these machines that make them highly important for the students. Whether it is for research purposes, or for creating a digital document on it or for taking out a print out of your document, computer labs are one resource that are critical for almost everyone in the Gagnapada Memorial Institute of D.Ed.

A well equipped multipurpose hall enriched with modern devices like LCD Projectors, public address system, other audio-visual systems, covering an area of 2500 sq.ft. provide the excellent opportunity of performing seminars, workshops, cultural functions, prayers, edufest and such others.

This Society was established with the point of view of providing quality education to the people of Murshidabad District. Hence it started with establishing various free social work camp in the most under developed areas of the District. This provided a great impetus for backward people in this district. Now they could get quality education, treatment etc. at their doorstep. Gagnapada Memorial Institute Of D.Ed is the first project of the society, to provide quality D.Ed education to the backward people of the district. All teachers who work for the society are highly qualified. Today world has become a global village; there is a dire demand for quality education. Hence to full fill this demand the society came up with various educational projects in an around the district. Mission Foundation believes on quality education and its ultimate aim is to ignite the students' personality and prepare leaders of integrity and excellence who will make a difference in this world and meet the challenges of global world. Our qualified staff and management are committed towards this aim. Mission of GANGAPADA MEMORIAL INSTITUTE OF D.ED. is 'to foster critical analysis by training students both in theory and practice so as to equip them with skills needed for facing global challenges with team work and human values. And to build quality network with the Industry, educationists and the society for exchanging knowledge'. The modern teaching methodology assists the students in getting an all around view of engineering, technology and the entrepreneur world. The diligent faculty team of the college possesses hands-on experience and up to date knowledge of their subject and area of expertise.
